Shipping:

Tarkariwala has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order max within 2-3 hours.We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

We offer FREE Shipping ( specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through Tarkariwala .Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place the same address.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 4-5 working hours of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 8 working hours, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 8 hourss of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. We ship on all week days (Monday to Sunday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Website Mobile number 7783900703. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest


Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Cancellation , Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • • We only accept returns if the item received by you is different from what you had ordered or is received in damaged condition.
  • • If your order qualifies under our return policy then please raise a concern with us within 06 Hours of delivery . We will be unable to process the return if the concern is not raised in this stipulated period.
  • • Please ensure while returning the product that the box and all packaging material is intact,
  • • For any other defect please get in touch, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package (subject to availability).if you request.

 

Cancellation Policy&refund process 

Customer needs to place a call at Website mobile number (7783900703) within 2 hours of order placement.


Once cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, We will cancel your product .

 

Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags unbroken and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Tarkariwala

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage of product will not be covered under our cancellation policy.

*Some special rules for promotional offers may override Tarkariwala’s Returns Policy."

*Please note that the Cash on Delivery Transaction would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge

Exchange policy

 

You need to return the product only at the time of receiving the order delivery.

You can return a product hassle free when receiving the product and making payment on the final payment is done product can’t be exchanged

1) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly
You can choose to:

(a) Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at your cost, by calling us, it usually takes about 4 hours to have the product picked from your placee
 or

Exchange shall not happen under below mentioned circumstances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered
- damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
